Most users are getting lots of invites and nerds without wave are becoming hard to find. Meanwhile our wave invite channel on freenode is getting a bit lonely for us invite ranchers. If you need an invite to google wave use this webchat, pick a nickname and when you get in say !invite and someone will contact you shortly (lots of users in there are giving away invites, very few are in need of them). Do not be shy, we have lots to give away (I have almost 100 now).

These invites are free, and you have to do nothing to get one other than ask (by using !invite). Since they are free, please do not expect the givers to jump through hoops like scr.im or the like.

This list is growing so fast I will probably have to redesign the front page of the wiki so there is not a mile long scroll needed to find what you want.

The idea I had for a redesign were along the lines of moving the bots to sections with each section having its own page. For example Entertainment would be a page, and all wave bots that are made for entertainment purposes would be listed there. All sections would be listed on the front page and maybe a short list of all the bots (minus descriptions) would be placed in the section description.

If anyone has any other ideas on how I could shorten the page without messing with the list too much, please feel free to post it as a comment below. I am open for suggestions.

Enjoy your invite and thanks for the reply. I guess I will just give out the rest of the invites for today on the #GoogleWaveInvites irc channel on freenode. If you are in need of an invite and are able to idle on irc for a few hours at a time check us out. If you do not have an irc client, here is a link to a web based irc chat but remember you must stay online so you notice when someone tries to send you an invite.

P.S. Happy turkey day to everyone who celebrates.

Please help us fill it with wonderful wavey goodness on protocols and servers.

The mission: Fill in all the missing cracks left in Google’s (lack of) documentation, and provide easy tutorials on how you can set up your own wave server.

We have detailed protocol information and wish to add more above and beyond what the official Wave documentation says. We will have instructions on every type of wave server there is, how to federate, and how to set up certificates.
